QUICK-LOCK PIPES / STEEL PIPE
The QUICK-LOCK steel pipes are known throughout the world as among the most versatile, economical and reliable on the market. QUICK-LOCK joints are three times faster than soldered junctions, simpler, faster and more reliable than threaded or flanged joints.
Nonex Srl QUICK-LOCK steel pipes are provided in various diameters complete with rings or bolts; such pipes are suitable for the transport of any fluid and particularly: potable water, air and other gases under pressure, petroleum products, solid materials in aqueous suspension.
For their ease in mounting and dismounting, the QUICK-LOCK steel pipes are useful during the construction of tunnels, in workplaces, quarries and snow-making systems.

The bolt can be welded to QUICK-LOCK pipes both internally and externally; the ring is welded only inside the pipe.
Thickness of piping and materials
The thickness of the bolt and ring is always fit for the required pressures. The connection between pipe thickness, ring or bolt thickness and the type of sheet metal used determines the operating pressure guaranteed by QUICK-LOCK piping.

NONEX Srl. provides QUICK-LOCK pipes produced in carbon steel from sheet metal heat-laminated black or pickled in St 37.0 or St 52.3, UNI Fe 360 or Fe 510, EN S235JR or S355JR.
Spheroidal cast iron joints ASTM A-536
The connection joints are provided complete with gasket and nuts and bolts.
The cast iron joints present a constructive configuration of crossed ribbing to make a robust connection component for the QUICK-LOCK piping under pressure.
In addition, the connection joints allow a controlled angular, linear and rotary movement on each junction so as to compensate for the forces of expansion, contraction and settlement of the pipes by containing the vibrations and other movements of the same piping.
All of the junction models are suitable for the indicated pressures and were approved by certifying entities such as VdS, UL, FM, LPC or similar.
